Pumpkin Spice Latte

This is a delicious fall option for coffee drinkers and abstainers alike. It will keep you satiated as a snack due to the fat content of the coconut milk.

  • 3 tbsp canned coconut milk or cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup  optional
  • 1 cup coffee, decaf or Dandy Blend


  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy.


You can use tea instead of coffee if you prefer.
