Caffeine-free Chai Latte
This is a very quick recipe that can be whipped up in the morning or for your "coffee" break. It is filling and tasty.
- 1 teabag rooibos tea
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp almond butter for nut free sub sunflower seed butter
- 1 medjool date, pitted optional
- 1/4 tsp ground ceylon cinnamon
- 1 thumbnail fresh ginger about 1/4 tsp
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
