Banana Ice Cream
This is the easiest, creamiest, and delicious ice cream that is also healthy, and keeps you feeling great! If you keep bananas ready in the freezer, you will have a delicious dessert on the table in minutes. You can also make chocolate banana ice cream by adding 1 tbsp cacao and 2 tbsp nut butter!
Peel and break bananas in half and place in bag in freezer overnight.
Place frozen banana pieces in Vitamix or similar blender. You need a high speed blender for this and will need to use the tamper.
Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
This recipe is also great with other frozen fruit added such as strawberries, raspberries or cherries.
And feel free to get creative with toppings that you like such as cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, chopped nuts etc.
