Chocolate Avocado Pudding
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- shredded unsweetened coconut
- cacao nibs
- Place all ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached. Place into ramekins and top with optional toppings. Enjoy!
