Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Optional Toppings

  • berries
  • shredded unsweetened coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached. Place into ramekins and top with optional toppings. Enjoy!

Notes
